Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent and thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. Genesis 6:5
Adam and Eve were created without sin, but it didn't take long for the heart of man to become deceitful and desperately sick. We may think we have a pure heart, but that is also a deception of the devil. The only one able to overcome the devil is Jesus. He replaces our evil heart with His righteousness. Noah escaped the water destruction, and we still have time to get into our ark of safety,in Christ.
