And concerning you, my brethren, I myself also am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able also to admonish one another. Romans 15:14
When the apostle Paul wrote these words to the church in Rome, he not met these people yet. This was the news that came to him as their faith was spread to others. There at Rome, in one of the most difficult Christian outposts in the world, these people had risen to meet the challenges. These are the qualities of a church that can overcome any obstacle, and do God's will. When people recognize that we are filled with goodness and knowledge, building one another up, we will be that light in a dark world. Let that be our goal. What have people heard about us?
