Grace for your spirit
Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; Proverbs 24:17
We might say it is "human nature", to be happy when our enemy stumbles and falls, but it is not God's nature. Even though vengeance belongs to God, He is not willing that any should perish but all would come to repentance. The Lord doesn't like our "human nature" and it will cause Him to turn His anger away from them, but not us. Let's learn to love our unruly neighbors.
